SMPC Modding at Mod in Taiwan

SMPC Modding at Mod in Taiwan

Another mod ready to rock here at InWin’s Mod in Taiwan competition and team SMPC Modding, made up of Justin Ohlsen and Bjorn Hall are hard at work on their custom InWin 509 build.

The team have been tweaking a lot of components, and right now, it’s a little hard to see what their final design will be, but given their past work, we’re expecting something pretty awesome. Here we can see them sanding the front panel, likely having it ready for a custom paint job.

Already there’s a drastic change to the internal layout, with a mid-mounted radiator/fan mount and some red paintwork, so the final build should look pretty crazy.

A lot of components are gone from the chassis and nowhere to be seen right now, so we’ll check back tomorrow and see if they’re done painting and tweaking what they have and see what things look like as water cooling and other hardware are in place.
