Hideaki Nishino will take charge of the Platform Business Group, managing hardware, technology, PlayStation Network, and relationships with third-party publishers and indie studios. His extensive experience within Sony’s network and platform divisions positions him ideally to enhance Sony’s technological offerings and user experiences.
Under the guidance of Hiroki Totoki, now Chairman of SIE, both leaders are set to report directly to him, ensuring a unified strategy and vision. As the gaming world continues to expand, Sony aims to connect more deeply with its audience and innovate across all aspects of its business.
