The PlayStation showcase event has introduced a variety of different games to the console, but they have also introduced two new pieces of hardware for the PS5 with Project Q and some earbuds.
Back in April, we saw the rumours surrounding a new PlayStation handheld, today those rumours have come true with the official introduction of PlayStation Project Q. Project Q is a dedicated device which enables you to stream games from your PS5 over a Wi-Fi connection. The device itself appears as a dual-sense controller with all of its features, which has been split in half and had a 1920×1080 screen mashed in between with a 60 Hz refresh rate.
Sony also revealed their first-ever PlayStation earbuds bringing next-generation audio immersion to PS5, PC and mobile devices through a Bluetooth connection. These earbuds are claimed to provide outstanding lossless audio with low latency and come in a very neat PS5-themed box with a sliding cover.
Sony hasn’t revealed much about these devices but they will reveal more information surrounding these products soon, you can watch the full video reveal below.
