Sony to launch a new 5″ 1080p Smartphone at CES

It looks like Sony are one the cards to be releasing two new smartphones according to the source that spotted some official press renders of Xperia Z and Xperia ZL codenamed “Yuga” and “Odin”.

Both devices will be having a 5″ 1080p LCD with a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro processor along with 2 gigs of memory, Adreno 320 graphics, 13-MP camera Exmor RS sensor on the rear.

If you check the ZL (right), you’ll find their front camera is positioned on the bottom. Sony didn’t confirm these specifications yet, but considering that these are press releases leaked prematurely, everyone seems to have their own 1080p 5″/6″ display smartphones and CES around the corner, its mostly likely going to show up in Sony’s booth.
