For some people, a graphics card doesn’t need to be powerful enough to play the latest games, often a cheap low power GPU is used for extending display capabilities with additional ports or other use cases. Today SPARKLE has revealed two new low power, low profile Intel Arc A380 and A310 GPUs designed to target this market.
The Arc A380 Genie is a low profile A380 featuring 6GB of GDDR6, a low TBP with no need for PSU power connectors and three display outputs with 1x HDMI and 2x Mini DP. It uses a dual fan design which follows SPARKLE’s unique blue colour scheme plus it offers a short bracket to fit in slimmer chassis.
The A310 Eco is arguably the most interesting of two rather boring cards. What separates this from the standard A310 is its reduced TBP from 75 to 50W. This lower power requirement allows the card to sit within a single slot, single fan low profile design. It maintains all of the core functionalities of the A310 including 1x HDMI and 2x Mini DP, but all within an very slim form factor. Like the A380, this card also includes the short bracket for slimmer systems.
Two solid looking budget options to be considered here, if you would like to learn more about these GPUs visit their respective product pages at sparkle.com.
