SPC Gear has today announced the release of a new line of gaming chairs, focusing on high durability, eye-catching style, and comfortable bucket chair design. The new SR400 series consists of three models using high-quality ecological PU leather models and two more utilizing the breathable fabric. The different colour schemes and material choices appeal to gamers on the one hand, while the metal-reinforced frame combined with a backrest and seat made of moulded foam ensures high comfort on the other hand. In addition, a variety of adjustment options, including the height of the 3D armrests to the inclination of the backrest, further improve comfort and sitting posture. Comfort meets style
The SPC Gear SR400 chairs provide comfort during long sessions in front of the computer and are the perfect every day gaming chair next to a tastefully arranged battle-station at the same time. The series was inspired by racing car seats in terms of shape, designed to best support the user’s body in the key areas of the spine, particularly the lumbar and cervical sections.

The core of the durable build of the SPC Gear SR400 chairs is the steel frame supported by elastic straps. It provides stability and high strength to all key components, from the backrest to the seat and the base. The five-star steel base itself connects to the seat via a fourth-class gas lift with a static load capacity of up to 150 kg. SPC Gear uses enlarged wheels that are also coated with a nylon layer, ensuring that their edges will not scratch the floor.

Highly adjustable
The SR400 and SR400F chairs are equipped with a gas lift of the highest, fourth class allowing the users to adjust the height of the seat to their respective height. The supported range is 75 millimetres, making the chairs ideal for users between 165 and 185 centimetres. The backrest is one of the elements that can be used to change the position quickly. A special mechanism makes it possible to recline the backrest by as much as 170° to a nearly lying position or to place it completely vertically in relation to the seat at 90°. In addition to that, the SR400 chairs are equipped with a TILT function. It allows users to tilt the entire seat by up to 18°. Thanks to that mechanism, it is possible to adjust the amount of force required to tilt the chair. All of these features increase the structural stability and control over the chair’s positioning.

Two special cushions ensure proper support of the lumbar and cervical spine sections. The cushions are supplied with each SR400 and SR400F chair. Their positions can also be adjusted according to each users preference. The filling of the cushions is matched so that the lower one is firmer, thanks to memory foam for support of the lumbar region. The upper cushion is a much softer pillow, used mainly for relaxation and helps develop a proper body posture.
