A Closer Look

The dongle features a removable protective cap and a simple two-way toggle switch for PC / PS3 game modes.

Under the cap you’ll find a standard USB connection.

The controller is really nicely finished with a gripped rubber surface on all sides, this makes it really nice to hold and will also prove a nice feature for those who suffer from sweaty hands while gaming.

Around the back there are some ergonomic ridges and bumps that provide a firm gripping point comfortable finger resting positions.

The profile is very similar to the Xbox 360 controller, which is no bad thing given that it’s a popular layout for FPS gaming on consoles.

Around the back you’ll find a small USB charging connection.

The triggers are nice and light and have a shorter travel than the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 controllers, making them great for popping off a few quick shots and the lighter springs should reduce finger fatigue.

The face buttons are nicely finished and have lightly rounded edges that make them comfortable under your thumb. The analogue stick, best I can tell, feel identical to those of the Xbox controller, which is no bad thing at all.

The D-pad is really nice and you can see physical UDLR buttons underneath it, it’s feels more like an analogue stick than a typical D-pad, but overall very nice quality.
