Spider-Man 2 Releases to Steam With Mixed Reviews
Sony’s Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 was released yesterday, and with minimal promotional material, it has quickly become the lowest-reviewed Sony game on Steam. Within 24 hours of its release, it is the worst Sony release, only second only to Concord.
Currently, Spider-Man 2 has nearly 2000 reviews with only a measly 55% positive putting it 15% off of a mostly positive review. 55% even puts it behind that of Lego Horizons Zero Dawn a game which absolutely nobody wanted and couldn’t even break 500 concurrent players.

The cause of these reviews is the horrendous port and terrible stability issues that even most of the positive reviews of the game complain about. This is nothing new for Sony, similar to their other big PC release, The Last of Us, which was plagued with stability and performance issues.

Although I would hold off on buying the game until a few stability patches have come out you can buy the game here on Steam.
