Valves Steam Deck is one of the few modern handheld gaming PCs that are available on the market and is also the cheapest compared to the likes of the ROG Ally or Lenovo Legion at £349. As the Steam Deck grows, Valve has been making efforts to ensure compatibility across various titles by testing and giving them either a Playable or a Verified tag to let Deck owners know what games they can enjoy on their handheld, this list has now reached over 12,000 games.
As spotted by gamingonlinux, Steam’s list of either Verified or Playable titles on the Steam Deck has grown to over 12,000. The data for this was seen on SteamDB which states that 8,039 games are Steam Deck Playable and 4,061 games are Steam Deck Verified totalling 12,100 games. This may not be close to the amount of games that are on Steam, but it’s still a large number. The Steam Deck is capable of launching essentially any game on Steam, this list is just the ones that you can be guaranteed to have a good experience as it has been tested by Valve.
