SteelSeries has announced a new keyboard within its product line in the form of a Ghost Edition Apex Pro Mini with an all-white shine-through design that echoes its ghost naming.
The Apex Pro Mini is a 60% mechanical keyboard which comes with the bare minimum whilst not restricting desk space for those who need lots of mouse room during competitive play. It utilises SteelSeries Patented Hall Effect Switch (OmniPoint) which uses magnetic sensors for instant zero contact keystrokes with 20x faster actuation, 11x faster response time and 2x more durability than conventional mechanical keyboards. These switches are also adjustable through SteelSeries software allowing for actuation adjustability from 0.1mm to 4.0mm. Users can also use the Rapid Trigger mode so users can press a key again without waiting for it to return.
This new Mini keyboard follows the design of previous Ghost edition keyboards such as the Apex 7 TKL GHOST. It features a fully white design with translucent keycaps allowing for a strong RGB ambient glow.
Only 250 on the planet and available exclusively at SteelSeries, the Ghost Edition Apex Pro Mini keyboards are available while supplies last for an MSRP of $229.99.
