SteelSeries Ikari Laser Mouse Review

Unfortunately, there is no easy and fair way to benchmark and compare mice. It is nearly all down to our opinions on how we feel it performed in a variety of criteria including, overall functionality, comfort, extra features and how it performs during certain applications and of course, as it is a gaming mouse, in games.
The applications in this case are going to be Photoshop, used to edit the pictures to go with this article and Microsoft Word, used for writing this review and other general use.
As this mouse is classed as a Pro Gaming’ mouse it is essential it is fully tested within a gaming environment. As such we will see how it performs in a variety of games. The games include; Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty, F1 2010 (as a steering wheel substitute) and Call of Duty: Black Ops, which will hopefully give a good demonstration of the accuracy, control and comfort of this mouse.
