The Steelseries Arctis headset brings flagship-level features on a mainstream price point. They are also quite colorful and livelier looking than the typical gaming headset. For fans of DOTA 2, Steelseries now has a limited edition Arctis 5 headset that is customized with DOTA 2 Edition graphics. It is an official product with license from Valve as the latest addition to The International 2017 secret shop.
The DOTA 2 Edition headset features artwork by DOTA 2 community artist Chroneco. Her signature cute-style graphics is also featured on several items at the DOTA Store. The Arctis 5 headset itself premium 3D sound experience via DTS Headphone:X 7.1 surround on PC. Large 40mm drivers on each ear provide crystal clear audio that is perfect for gaming or listening. For those who play for hours on end, the headset’s AirWeave ear cushions stay cool, dry and comfortable. The ski-goggle headband on top also provides comfort via equal distribution of weight which lessen’s the player’s fatigue. Since it is an official product, the DOTA 2 Edition headset costs a bit more than the regular Arctis. The standard Arctis 5 is available for $99. However, the Arctis 5 DOTA 2 Edition is only available via the Valve Store for $130. They are currently taking pre-orders and will ship out when ready.
