Steiger Dynamics is a company I have personally never heard of before, and they may indeed be new to you too, although you may have read about them in the PCGamer Magazine or the PCMag. Just yesterday they announced what can only be described as a case of mind-boggling build quality, with a price to match. Steiger Dynamics released their “LEET” (pun on 1337 for those who don’t know) chassis with a hefty price point of $798.
Steiger will be making the chassis available in either black or silver and each case comes with a one year limited warranty. All LEET cases also have complimentary accessories such as the Steiger Dynamics Windows Media Center remote control, a black cloth binder and spare parts/screws/cables.
Why is the case so expensive? You still might be wondering this. Well, the case is constructed from an entirely one-piece aluminium shell with 5mm thickness. This aluminium is also corrosion resistant and 100% hand brushed. In addition their is an incorporated Samsung touch-display (800 x 480) which connects via a USB 2.0 header and can be used as an extended screen. You can use Soundgraph’s Finger VU touch applications, or with the included LEET Monitor App, monitor system parameters.
Features of the LEET chassis include:

It certainly is a very unique case, but do you think it can justify the mammoth $798 price tag? I know I’d certainly love to have this sitting in my house as but would you?
