Stray is an adventure game where you play as a stray cat in a city populated by robots, machines and mutant bacteria and currently is only available on Playstation and PC but an Xbox launch may be expected soon.
Stray is expected to come to Xbox soon after being exclusive to PlayStation and PC as Reddit user Zhukov-74 spotted the ESRB rating for the Xbox version of the game. On the ESRB.org website, the game is listed alongside the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S under the platforms section and has been given an E 10+ rating. I’ve not tried the game but it is said to be a fairly calm and laid-back game and I’d hazard a guess that it will be released with the next Xbox Game Pass update which will be a good enough opportunity for me to give it a go.
Stray was developed by BlueTwelve Studio based in France and allows the player to take control of a cat in a cyberpunk city inhabited by robots. The goal is to escape the city whilst taking on puzzles and platforming situations. Stray has received multiple awards through Steam and various other outlets and features an overwhelmingly positive review score.
