Out of the box we can see the chassis features a two piece construction, one panel makes up the side panels and top panels, which another similar shape panel makes the front, back and bottom sides. The left side features a small ventilation area towards the front and when your running a chassis this small, airflow is extremely important to prevent head buildup within the case.
The top edges of the chassis are rolled on the left and right side that give the chassis a nice stylish look, but overall it’s a pretty bold and minimal design. The front panel is straight forward with a good quality power switch, slot loading drive slot (drive not included), a pair of USB 3.0 ports and room for an I/R sensor.
The right side of the chassis also features some ventilation, although this time it is placed toward the rear of the panel, not the front.
Around the back we have a small circle that is used for the PSU cable, with some ventilation to the right of the and finally a small removable panel for an expansion card.
The underside features four padded feet that should help prevent the unit sliding around, but also help reduce vibration. There are two more areas for ventilation here too, bringing the total up to five (2 side, 1 back and 2 base).
