SugarDVD launched on consoles just last year and while many mocked it’s arrival we can only assume that there are a lot of people using the service as it’s gone on to prove very popular indeed! Something is proven by the fact that the service is available on the PS3, 360, Wii U, Ouya, iPad, Android and of course PC.
So with the next gen of consoles just around the corner, I’m sure there are many gamers out there who were wondering where erm, they would get their fix, but fear not! for the service has officially confirmed their arrival on the new Xbox, something I find hilarious, given that we know it will have porn, but we don’t know anything about the console, make of that what you will.
SugarDVD starts at $7.95 for unlimited streaming service and also offers options for DVD rentals through the mail and “Pay-Per-Minute” viewing (haha, sorry, that is a little funny), as well as a free trial, you know, for science.
With the push for home consoles to be fully equipped home entertainment systems this is just a natural development and one I’m surprised didn’t arrive on current consoles sooner, but much like the success of LoveFilm and Netflix, there is also room for something a little more adult in the streaming library, because common to what people may admit, a lot of people watch porn! (you know how you are).
With the new Xbox set to be announced on the 21st of this month you can bet Microsoft won’t be mentioning SugarDVD in their keynote, but all eyes will be on Microsoft to see just what else the Xbox Next has to offer, besides adult entertainment of course.
