The DVR has a simple but effective design. The front side has the Swann logo, LEDs for the power and hard disk, and two USB 2.0 ports. With them, you can quickly attach a mouse and keyboard, for example.
The rest of the ports are on the rear side. You get an audio output, four camera connectors, four audio inputs, HDMI, and D-Sub connectors. Further, there is an RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port and a USB 3.0 port for fast external storage. All the way to the right in this photo, there is the power connection and additional grounding options.
The top doesn’t have a lot of features. The Swann logo is embedded into the casing, and there are two stickers. One with a warning not to place anything on the surface and one with the QR code for easy remote connection.
The bottom has four small rubber feet for save placement. You can also wall-mount it on two screws, should you wish to do so. The mounts for it are built-in.
The sides feature air vents for the cooling.
