It looks like Syberia 3 fans will be able to play this upcoming adventure game on the Nintendo Switch, as Microïds has officially confirmed the game’s availability for this particular platform. In Syberia 3, players will follow up on the adventures of Kate Walker, who’s apparently left for dead in a mysterious village. Kate will have to work with the locals in order to find her way out and solve the local mystery of Valsembor. Sounds intriguing, right? As far as the Nintendo Switch is concerned, more than 50 third-party developers will be releasing their games for this console, which is definitely good news for those of you who were planning on purchasing one.
The Vice President of Microïds, Elliot Grassiano, revealed the Syberia 3 news in a press release:
“We can’t wait to see Syberia fans discover Kate Walker’s new adventure on Nintendo Switch. Nintendo, with the Switch, brings one more time a whole new innovative vision to the game industry and we are proud to be part of it.”
Apart from Nintendo Switch, the game will become available on the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles, while its official release date should be sometime in Q1 2017. Are you looking forward to the new Syberia game, and if so, what platform will you be playing it on?
