Sycom are a Japanese system integrator who specialise in providing “semi-custom” GPUs for their customers often going to extreme lengths for their customers. One such extreme is this Hybrid GPU as a part of their G-Master Hydro Series.
As shared by GDM.or.jp (Via VideoCardz), a new RTX 4080 SUPER Hybrid card has been released by Sycom which has some very interesting design choices. The card makes use of the green triple fan cooler from Manli which already doesn’t look brilliant and for some reason features two spirit levels right next to each other. Making it worse is the 240mm external radiator which is equipped with two Noctua NF-A12x25 in the iconic brown which clashes horribly with the Manli green.
The card doesn’t come standalone and is instead a part of a custom system as listed on sycom’s website with various different models including both Z790 based Intel systems and X670 based AMD systems. The prices for these systems range from 431,480 to 473,200 Japanese Yen (£2280.66 to £2501.17). Now we’ve seen many ugly GPUs in the past but I think this takes 1st place.
