As we now know, the DS214Se has a greatly reduced feature list over that of the DS213j that we’ve looked at before, however the Disk Station Manager (DSM) interface appears to be business as usual as far as layout is concerned. Having used the DSM a number of times now, I’ve found it more and more intuitive to use. As with all things, it does take a little getting used to where everything is, but once you’ve used it for a little while (as with all things new) it’s easy and simple to use.
