T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 3200 MHz 16GB Review

How Much Does It Cost?
The T-Force Vulcan Z memory kit starts at around $69.99 in the US and around £69.99 in the UK. Annoyingly, there seems to be little or no stock around at the time of writing. However, we expect this will improve fairly quickly. Obviously, the price will vary on the kit sizes and speed you choose. There’s also a choice of either red or grey finished heatsinks.
Overview
At this price, the VulkanZ is a bit of a bargain. That being said, memory prices are really quite low right now, at least from what they have been in recent memory. Perhaps this lack of stock is reflective of that, as they may have simply sold out due to their competitive price and good performance.
RGB
I’ve seen some reviews make these down for not having RGB lighting, but I think that’s a bit hasty. There’s no shortage of fancy lighting kits and memory out there. For those who don’t want RGB, and furthermore, don’t want to pay more for RGB, this is a solid option.
Low and Cool
The 32mm low profile design, combined with those stylish grey or red heatsinks on a black PCB makes the Vulcan Z a pretty attractive memory kit. It’s not going to conflict with any CPU cooler and will be easy to install in almost any system. Cooling clearly wasn’t an issue either, with us hitting 3800 MHz with relative ease; although increasing voltage even a little bit proved a waste of time. Obviously, your mileage will vary.
Should I Buy Them?
If you can find stock, I’d say snap up a kit in a hurry. It’s hard to beat this level of value and performance. A well-respected brand name, a clean design, and great performance; you could do a lot worse.
