Targus has today announced availability for its new ErgoFlip EcoSmart Mouse, a sustainable, full-sizes, ergonomic mouse which easily converts from right to left-hand use with a simple twist of the top.
This new mouse from Targus offers a wireless and ergonomic design for both right-handed and left-handed users whilst also being made eco-friendly. The ErgoFlip is constructed with 85% post-consumer recycled plastic plus uses Bluetooth Low Energy technology which is up to 4 times more power efficient than competitive BLE chipsets to extend the battery life. Aside from being eco-friendly, the key feature of the mouse is its ability to swap between left and right-handed use by simply removing the top section and rotating it. This design enables this mouse to be bought and easily adjusted without the need to buy a separate left-handed mouse for those who need it plus it has Antimicrobial protection to ensure a clean surface by preventing the growth of microorganisms. The mouse is fitted with an infrared optical sensor capable of up to 4000 DPI and is compatible with multiple devices through Bluetooth.
“This is the first mouse that provides true ergonomics for right- or left-hand use, solving the age old problem of finding a mouse that truly everyone can use,” explains Mike Sexton, Sr. Director of Global Product Management & Development, Targus. “This, along with its gaming-level performance and precision, and sustainable benefits, including its long battery life, makes it the mouse that does it all.”
The ErgoFlip EcoSmart Mouse is available on Targus.com and participating retailers in the US, Canada and Europe for an MSRP of $59.99.
