Team Group Announces GO Card Micro SD Memory Card

Team Group is no stranger to memory products and the newest is a Micro SDHC/SDXC memory card called the GO Card. The new memory card has been designed especially for use in action cameras, hence the name.

Action cameras record in high-quality and high frame rates to deliver the best video result. A memory card has to keep up with that and the new Team Group GO Card should do that fine with its UHS-I Speed Class 3 (U3) speed rating. It is able to capture Full HD videos with up to 240 frames per second as well as 4K high-quality video. In figures, the GO Card can deliver up to 90MB/s when reading and up to 45MB/s when writing.

Capacity wise, you get two choices. Either the small 32GB or the larger 64GB card. The micro SDHC card comes with an FAT32 file format whereas the micro SDXC card comes with the improved exFAT format. Which to pick depends on your device’s capabilities. Besides that, the two cards and the two capacity options are otherwise identical.

Memory cards are very resilient, and it is no different for the Team Group GO Card. It offers four trustworthy protections: waterproof, dustproof, x-ray proof, and cold resistant.

The GO Card has also been tested for compatibility with each action camera on the market. Therefore, consumers can relax and fully enjoy the fun of sports, capturing photos and videos. Using an SD adapter and USB 3.0 high-speed reader allows for more versatility and better transfer performance.

While it’s mostly the insides that count when it comes to memory cards, Team Group also did some work on the outside. The card adopts a new printing technology to fully carry out the concept of “memory last forever”. During the manufacturing process, not only the colour inkjet heat transfer printing is screen free, but they are also using eco-friendly inks to protect our environment. With the new printing technology, the colours printed on the memory card can stay as vivid as ever, just like the memory stored inside.
