Before we even think about testing at stock or overclocked speeds, we first need to make sure the memory is running at its rated speeds. With this, we head into the BIOS of our Asus board and set the XMP profile.
What we found once we were in there was that we had a choice of 2 profiles, with the first being 2400MHz at 11-11-11-28 with a voltage of 1.65V.
The second XMP profile was the one that we wanted, which was 2600MHz but the timings read as 10-15-15-31 at 1.65V though as the memory states on it, this should be 10-12-12-31 at 1.65V so we headed into the timings section to rectify this and set the timings accordingly.
thanks for these tests, but it would help to show how little extra these modules may give in real life usage
Looks awesome!!!
