Tecware Nexus M2 Micro-ATX Case Review

How Much Does it Cost?
The Tecware Nexus M2 Micro-ATX case is available now from a few major retailers. It’s also on Amazon for around £39, making it extremely good value for money. Given that it comes with three 120mm fans pre-installed, I think it’s a price that’s going to be hard to beat. However, if you wanted something a little more premium, the mesh front panel version is only £45 too.
Overview
Tecware may be a fairly new brand to many of you, but from what we’ve seen of them over the last couple of years, they’re making all the right moves. They’ve delivered some great looking cases already, and their prices have been extremely competitive too. Thankfully, all of this holds true with the new Nexus M2 Micro-ATX case. It may be affordable, but the quality is much better than expected, and the design is good enough to give any of their rivals a run for their money too.
I’m really impressed that just about every popular feature is included at this price. There’s some dust filtering on the front panel and for the PSU. There’s room for up to five fans, and three of them come pre-installed, which is very impressive. You get a tempered glass window with a magnetic catch and lift-off hinges. There are hidden storage bays, cable management, a built-in PSU shroud, and really, it’s everything you would expect from a modern PC gaming case, and of a more expensive product overall.
The design is great too, with a stylish front panel that’s going to look great wherever you put it; in the office, at home, in your gaming room, etc. The interior is incredibly clean looking too, and I found it exceptionally easy to get a great looking build with minimal effort. The only thing you’ll need to keep in mind is that liquid cooling support is pretty much limited to the 120mm mount at the back, GPU length is only 300mm, so be sure to measure up before you order, and that’s about it really. If you can live with that, then this will make a great start to your new build.
It’s tough to beat the Tecware Nexus M2 when it comes to value for money. It’s a stylish looking case, with three good quality fans pre-installed that provide a decent level of cooling for your investment. The case is compact, so truly bulky hardware may not fit, but that’s the point, it’s meant to be a bit smaller, and it’s great for those who don’t want a huge tower hulking around their desk. It may be cheap, but you certainly don’t have to be on a tight budget to enjoy the M2, it’s a great little case.
