Terry Crews Wants to Voice Doomfist in Overwatch

Are you waiting on Doomfist to join the Overwatch cast? With Blizzard teasing the character for so long now, with his hero banner in the Numbani Heritage Museum showing his The Saviour, The Scourge and The Successor variants, even going as far back as featuring his gauntlet back in the Tracer vs Widowmaker battle from their cinematic trailer back in November 2014. It’s leaving many fans pretty eager to get their hands on him, but a new bit of information could make it worth the wait.
If you’re into PC gaming and read a lot of social media, you’ll know that Terry Crews recently became an avid PC gamer. Someone started the thread “If Doomfist becomes a hero I’d be so hyped if Terry Crews voice acted for him” on reddit, no doubt for a bit of fun. However, it’s taken a more serious turn, as Terry Crews turned up in the comments section and said “I would LOVE TO PLAY DOOMFIST.”
He’s already spoken out that he’s a fan of the game, even promoting it from time to time on his social media.

With the fans asking for this to happen and Terry Crews himself stating that he would happily do it, the pressure is on Blizzard to deliver. It wouldn’t be the first time they’ve given fans of the game the features they’ve been requesting and this might be their greatest one yet.
Just think, Doomwatch voiced by Terry Crews, it would be nothing short of awesome and a PR stunt that could give the game an even bigger sales boost.
