In light of this easy “the best sex games in 2023” feature on PC Gamer, who we shall now send off to horny jail… we figured we would do something more wholesome, and give you something to play that wouldn’t shame your family if you were caught playing them… we hope.
Hot Wheels Unleashed is an honest arcade-style racing game giving adults without kids who shouldn’t be playing with Hot Wheels cars the opportunity to play with Hot Wheels cars without any of the weirdness. The game features fantastic graphics, enjoyable arcade controls and fun fast-paced gameplay. Hot Wheels Unleashed is a nice breath of fresh air amidst all the more realistic and semi-realistic racing games we see a lot of nowadays. The sequel to the game was also announced recently with more vehicles, more skills and more fun.
Hot Wheels Unleashed is available on Steam for £39.99.
Dorfromantik is a peaceful building strategy and puzzle game involving linking hexagonal tiles to create a world with farms, villages and colourful biomes. The game is fantastic for just kicking back and creating a small world. Being a puzzle game it requires some thinking around placing your tiles correctly to complete quests and achieve the highest score but there is also a sandbox mode to just create your world without restrictions.
Dorfromantik is available on Steam for £10.99.
You can’t go wrong with PC Building Simulator and PCBS 2 with no murder, violence or sex. The goal of the game is simple and something that PC enthusiasts can very easily enjoy which is building PCs. Whether it’s your dream system, a basic system for a customer or even messing with overclocking tools. PCBS is a great virtual tool for those who love building computers without any of the bad aspects of PC building such as money and blood sacrifices to the I/O shield. The sequel to the game is what I’d recommend as it offers more but at the same time has sacrificed some features including 420mm radiators which they need to bring back for my stupid 1000D builds.
PC Building Simulator 1 is available on Steam for £14.99 and PC Building Simulator 2 is available on Epic Games Store for £19.99
If you’re someone who likes designing your perfect home or simply just turning a rubbish tip into a liveable home, then House Flipper is perfect for you. The sequel to House Flipper is also set to come soon and even today has had a demo announced running from June 19th to June 26th.
House Flipper is available on Steam for £29.99 but is currently on sale for £6.29 or £29.26 for a bundle with all DLC.
A small selection of games that I enjoy that are not the sex games that PC Gamer likes to parade for whatever strange reason, I guess it does get the clicks. Personally, if you enjoy those games I’ve nothing against you, just keep it to yourself, plus I do think that Steam shouldn’t have allowed them and those types of games should’ve remained on other sites such as itch.io.
