The Corsair One i140 – Gaming PC System Review

Gaming Performance
When you consider the combination of an Intel 9th-generation processor, Nvidia 2080 graphics card and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, it’s almost a foregone conclusion that in terms of gaming, this system is going to be pretty fantastic.
If you did, however, need confirmation of this, our benchmarking results show this system constantly in the top 2 of results we’ve seen. Occasionally on top, occasionally on 2nd. A notable highlight, however, is how the Nvidia 2080 handles the higher gaming resolutions a lot earlier than it’s prior model releases.
Rise Of The Tomb Raider
Deus Ex Mankind Divided
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition
World Of Tanks – enCore
This is a new benchmarking tool we intend to use in the future. Although the results are clearly limited at present, should you choose to run the benchmark from your own system, you can at least see a comparative performance result.
Metro Exodus – RTX
As this is also a new benchmark, we would just like to elaborate on how we used this. Specifically utilising the RTX features offered from the Nvidia 2080, we ran a ‘normal’ graphics preset with ray-tracing on at 1080p resolution. RTX features were set to medium/high as per the benchmark default.
We then ran another separate test using the highest possible graphics settings offered. This included setting the RTX features to their highest possible configuration and a 4k resolution.
As can be seen, even with this setting, the Corsair One i140 still managed a very impressive 39.7FPS.
