We’ve already seen Unreal Tournament 2004 receive RTX Remix, so naturally someone has got to go further back and give the original Unreal Tournament 1999 some love as well. Bring in modder mmmdanggg2 with Unreal Tournament 99 RTX Remix.
Unreal Tournament was released back in 1999 and made use of the first version of Unreal Engine. It’s a classic multiplayer FPS game which has now been enhanced with RTX. Modder ‘mmdanggg2’ has created this mod which was shared by GeForce Evangelist at NVIDIA Jacob Freeman (who used to work on the GPU side of EVGA!) and like many other RTX Remix titles, it refreshes the visual appeal of this classic game.
The mod is available from mmdanggg2’s GitHub page and requires you to be running Unreal Tournament with OldUnreal patch version 469d.
