The Zelda Temple of Time Has Been Recreated in Unreal Engine 4

This Zelda remake actually looks pretty good.

We haven’t heard from CryZENx in a while, but we all remember his outstanding Zelda remakes. The most recent one involves the Temple of Time from The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, and as with his previous maps, this one is also available for exploration. The project is definitely impressive from a visual point of view, but we’d expect nothing less from Unreal Engine 4. The lighting, floor reflections, and shadows are particularly noteworthy. Moreover, Link looks incredibly detailed as well, including his famous sword and shield combo.

Can I download and explore this map?

zelda

Yes, you can definitely download this map and play around with it. However, from what we’ve seen so far, there’s no combat available in this tech demo. Not saying that it’s a bad thing, just don’t expect to battle Darknut or anything. These tech demos are usually created to show off the potential of Unreal Engine 4, as well as the creator’s talent. CryZENx has been working on similar projects for quite some time now, and we’re happy to play around with each of them every time. If you want to download this unique Zelda remake, you can do so right here.
