File copy from the NAS works in exactly the same way as the copy test, however it works in the opposite direction. The single 1.4GB file is read off the NAS in 64kB blocks.
Pulling data from the NAS proved to not be as quick as when writing data, however the write speeds experienced were still pretty reasonable at a maximum of 85.5MB/s under RAID 0 conditions.
