Thermaltake Divider 300 TG Snow ARGB Mid Tower is available right now from many major retailers. You can find it on Amazon in the UK and it’s available as a standard RGB model or the ARGB model for between £75 and £111 in a choice of black or white.
There’s really no shortage of great PC cases these days. If you want a bunch of ARGB fans, a couple of tempered glass windows and lots of interior tricks, then you’ll find something pretty fantastic from every major brand for around the same price as the 300 TG. That being said, with most cases being so broadly similar these days, it’s the little details that really make a case stand out, and the Thermaltake 300 TG really nails the little things.
A lot of tempered glass cases can be fairly restrictive with airflow. Thermaltake has added a unique and rather sizeable ventilation area between the glass and steel of the left side panel. There’s a 240mm tall vent on the right side panel, there are full-height vents on the sides of the front panel glass, and there’s rear and top ventilation too. Overall, airflow is really fantastic on this case, while still giving the illusion of a more sealed and uniform looking case.
This may be a mid-tower, but little ergonomics tweaks leave even more space available on the interior than expected. You get up to 5 SSD mounts or 2 SSD mounts and room for additional side panel cooling. Yet there’s still room for a larger front panel radiator, huge PSU, massive GPUs, and even E-ATX motherboard will sneak in thank to the angled cable routing holes.
The addition of the PSU shroud hides all the cable gore out of site, while also offering space for additional storage devices. However, it’s the rotating rear bracket that really nails it, as it allows much easier vertical GPU mounting; but you’ll need to supply your own riser cables.
It’s rock-solid, I really can’t find a fault with it. Thermaltake has equipped it with durable side panels. The angular glass thing is really smart and uses a separate mounting section for the glass and the metal, rather than just making them one panel, which I like. There are quality dust filters on everything, and rubber grommets, and cable tie loops. The list goes on. There’s a lot of little details that add up to a quality product and it really goes a long way to justifying the premium price tag.
There’s a lot of great cases out there, but the Thermaltake 300 TG ARGB Snow Edition really stands out. It has a unique design, with I love. However, the overall build quality and fit and finish push it to the next level. If you’re looking for a stylish and great quality PC case, with some added ARGB thrills, then I can’t recommend it enough.
