Thermaltake is announcing a new AI voice control feature addition to their Smart Power Management system via the DPS G Mobile app. This means newer digital PSUs such as the Toughpower iRGB PLUS power supply line can be voice controlled remotely. There is no need to navigate the menus. Just simply speak into the iOS or Android mobile device and the control is passed on to the PSU.
Considering how much features there are on the Toughpower iRGB PLUS, this simplifies customization even further. Users can easily turn the power supply on/off, change light mode, color, brightness; and control the speed.
Smart Power Management (SPM) is a cloud software that seamlessly integrates three intelligent platforms. Which are Thermaltake DPS G PC APP 3.0, DPS G Smart Power Management Cloud 1.0 and the DPS G Mobile APP 1.0. It compiles key statistics about your PC. These are available in charts with full details for review later on.
This allows users to monitor and control their system remotely and from almost anywhere. With the addition of the voice control feature, users can now ask the phone directly about the PSUs key parameters. This includes historical efficiency, fan speed, wattage, voltage, temperature, total usage time/kWh/electricity cost, and the CPU/VGA’s historical temperature.
Should the power supply overheat for example due to fan malfunction, the user receives a notification. Specifically, if the temperature goes above 60 degrees celcius or if the voltage level spikes beyond plus or minus 5%.
