Thermaltake AH T200 Snow Edition Case Review

Interior

The interior isn’t exactly hiding a lot of secrets. The Thermaltake AH T200 features crystal clear glass, so you’ve been able to see inside throughout this review. There’s room for the ATX motherboard, as you would expect. With a huge cut-out behind the motherboard for mounting a CPU cooler.

There are some cable routing holes dotted to the right here.

Some more below the motherboards.

Plus a few more near the PSU area. However, and this is a BIG “however”, while there are cable routing holes, there’s absolutely nowhere to hide any cables at all. Braided cables, custom cables, or just lots of cable ties and patience will go a long way here if you desire a clean look.

I find it amusing it’ll only handle mATX though, when it is in fact the same size as most mid-towers that support ATX motherboards, and it sure as heck is long enough to handle E-ATX. However, compared to the bigger model, this one really is a lot smaller and lighter.

There are a pair of SSD mounts in the front section here, even if it’s hard to see them as there are holes in everything for attaching seemingly anything.

Those are the SSD screw holes, and there’s another set on the other side of the case. Below that, there’s a lot of space at the bottom of the case. I’m sure those with custom loop hardware will find room for any pumps and other hardware they need here too.

You can pull the blocks on the exterior of the case off to fit the screws from the other side.

Behind the motherboard, there’s a decent amount of space between the tray and the glass, allowing for some routing of cables. Plus, there’s plenty of bits to attach a bunch of cable ties to.

There are three SSD mounts here, so you’ll easily be able to show those off from this side of the case, which I really like. The whole bracket can easily be removed, which will really speed up SSD installations.

The top panel can also be removed, where you’ll find 2 x 120mm and 2 x 140mm fan mounts. Of course, you can all radiators to these mounts too if you so desire. There’s also a fan/radiator mount in the front of the case, and the bracket for that is completely removable too. Having everything so open like this will certainly make it easier to install everything.
