A Closer Look – Interior
With the windows removed, we’ve got a lot easier access to the interior of the case. There’s certainly no shortage on space here. This case is massive, and I dare you to check the dimensions and see if it’ll even fit on or under your desk. The added benefit is it has room for HUGE hardware and plenty of elbow room to work on it too.
That space is quickly expanded too, as you can remove this huge top panel. Now you’ve got access to every part of the case, making it easy to install big radiators, or work on those trick tube bends for your loop.
I think one of the strangest aspects of this case is how open the rear of it is. It’s just a big freaking hole with the PCIe brackets there. There’s a lot of width available here though, which comes in handy.
The entire PCIe bracket can be removed, turned on its side, and put back in. They even include a pair of brackets for your GPUs in vertical mode, but you’ll need to provide your own riser cables.
Up in the top, you’ll find plenty of space to mount fans or radiators, or let’s be honest, plenty of both.
- 3 x 120mm or 2 x 120mm or 1 x 120mm
- 2 x 140mm or 1 x 140mm
Then in the front you’ll find room for even bigger configurations of fans and radiators.
- 4 x 120mm or 3 x 120mm or 2 x 120mm or 1 x 120mm
- 3 x 140mm or 2 x 140mm or 1 x 140mm
Still hungry for more cooling? The right side of the case can also support up to a 360mm radiator too.
- 3 x 120mm or 2 x 120mm or 1 x 120mm
- 2 x 140mm or 1 x 140mm
Actually, while we’re on the facts and figures. The CPU cooler can be up to 195mm tall, the GPUs 300mm with a water pump and 440mm without a water pump, and there’s room for a 200mm PSU. So basically everything you can think of will fit and you’ll still have room to spare.
Behind the motherboard, there’s a trilogy of SSD mounts should you need them. However, you’ll notice that cable routing has nowhere to hide. This is a very exposed case, so using quality cables, and plenty of cable ties will make or break your build.
