Thermaltake has introduced its own notebook cooling pad that is designed to take own rivals like Coolermaster’s NotePal cooling pad. The LifeCool cooling pad supports Laptops and Notebooks between 10 to 17 inches. The cooling is done by a blue 120mm LED fan which has an RPM of between 800 and 1500 providing up to 65CFM of airflow. An angled ergonomic design has been achieved to allow for easy use of your laptop when it is docked on the pad. The LifeCool is powered by mini-USB which connects to a standard USB 2.0 port on the side of your laptop or notebook.
Thermaltake have also stated you can use this product with a tablet too if it has USB connectivity. The fan can be controlled using the attached knob between its rated speeds of 800 and 1500RPM. The maximum noise is 30.5dBa when the fan is at full speed. The device weighs in at 1.1kg and uses 1W of power at full load.
