The glass, like all of the air intakes, just pops off with a firm pull. So you can open up and maintain the case tool-free. Plus, I like that the glass has a foam strip on the edges, which gives it a snug and vibration-free fitment.
With the glass removed, you have pretty unhindered access to the case interior. Largely because it’s, well… very large! You can really get your arms and elbows in to deal with difficult installation tasks and tighten pesky fittings if you need to. There’s room for mini-ITX, and Micro-ATX motherboards, easily. But it’ll handle larger ATX motherboards as well as the largest 12×13″ E-ATX motherboards, so you’re certainly not limited in choice there.
In terms of fan support, oh dear, I’m not sure I have the will to type it all… But In the front, you can fit 3 x 120, 3 x 140mm or even 2 x 200mm fans.
In the rear, it’ll handle 3 x 120mm or 3 x 140mm.
In the bottom, you can again get 3 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm.
On the right side, you can fit 1 x 120mm or 1 x 140mm.
At the top, you can fit 2 x 120mm or 2 x 140mm. It’s possible to mix that up with some 120mm and 140mm throughout the case too, of course.
But what about radiators? Well, that’s equally as impressive. The front and rear each hold up to 360mm or 420mm (AIO only), while the bottom of the case can fit another 360mm or 280mm radiator; liquid cooling enthusiasts are well-catered for here!
The front, rear, top, right, and bottom fan mounts all come with removable fan brackets too, allowing you to strip them all out of the case, install the fans externally, and then pop them all back in the case, making for a much easier install process. Plus, the case comes with 3 x CT140 fans pre-installed, which operate at 1500 RPM PWM. If you want to know more about the CT fans, check out my full review of them here.
One thing I really love about this case has to be the cable routing options. there are cut-outs on the left (rear) for the fans, there are thick cable grommets for the motherboard, and a second bank below that should your larger motherboard cover the first set. There are angled grommets on the right allowing for easy cable runs to the top of the motherboard, and there are additional pass-through holes at the top, allowing other cables to rear the rear I/O of the system.
As you can see, the rear of the motherboard is mounted facing the top of the case, so GPUs hang lengthways through the case. However, there’s an alternative bracket so you can have the card mounted with the cooler facing the window on its side too, should you really want to show off the GPU.
There’s a lot going on around the back too, with enough cable management space to store any amount of cables you can think of with room to spare. It really is ridiculous how deep the space is, but I’m not complaining, it’ll make the build a breeze.
There are all kinds of cool things back here too, such as his removable mounting plate, which can be used for an additional 120mm or 140mm cooler. However, it can also double as an HDD install plate.
There are two drive cages on the right too, each offering support for up to 3 x HDD or a couple of SSDs. Depending on how you mix it up the case can handle up to 7 x 3.5″ or 6 x 2.5″ drives.
Finally, in the lower section of the case, the expansive amount of space continues, and while you can fit your PSU in here, I really don’t think you’re going to be limited on its size or the number of cables you have… like, at all, ever.
