Thermaltake Introduces Floe Riing RGB AIO CPU Cooler Series

Thermaltake is looking to add some color to CPU cooling with their new Floe Riing RGB AIO CPU cooler series. ‘Some’ color may not be an accurate description, since Thermaltake is promising up to 16.8 million color options. Unlike their original Riing RGB fans, these new Floe Riing RGB LEDs are individually addressable. It is not just limited to preset number of colors like before. In addition to the RGB LED fans, the pump block unit itself has six similarly addressable RGB LEDs .
The Floe Riing RGB AIO CPU cooler series is available in 240, 360 and 280mm radiator sizes. All support the latest Intel and AMD CPU socket standards including AM4 and LGA2066.
Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB Control Options
The new Floe Riing RGB AIO comes with its own digital lighting controller. This supports up to five devices at the same time. Coupled with Thermaltake’s Riing Plus RGB software, the user can connect up to 16 controllers at the same time via software. Users can also control the unit via the Riing Plus RGB app. Users can switch between preset lighting schemes as well as toggle between color modes and light speed options.
It is not just all for looks, but function as well. With the new Thermal Mode preset, the LED lighting acts like a visual thermometer corresponding to the CPU temperature. When the temperature is below 30 degrees celcius, the color on the block and fans start at blue. The gradient then gradually shifts to red as it approaches the 65 degree Celsius threshold.
