Completed SystemBuilding the components into the case was a relatively painful task, due to the mass amounts of space to work with inside. Even with a big cooler like the NH-C14 from Noctua, we still had ample room to install the fiddly little cables and connectors to the motherboard and cable tidying was a pleasant task overall.
The optical drives simply slide into place and lock down using a fixing mechanism on the right side of the case.
Installing a hard drive can be quite a headache, due to the rubber grommets and having to line the screw holes up blindly. After 5-10 minutes of trying, we finally managed to get things fitted together.
The power supply is positioned in the usual manner and locked into place with 4 mounting screws. The cables can be easily passed through the closest cable tidying grommet for easy organization.
From this side, we can see the amount of space available as well as the dock connectors and locking mechanism for storage and optical drives.
From the back, the USB 3.0 cables pass through the grommets and into the rear I/O. Other than that, things look pretty much as expected.
