Thermaltake Level 10 GTS Mid-Tower Chassis Review

Thermaltake have gone for a very clean monochrome style with this case, both inside and out, the clean white looks of the outside are offset with well finished black and white fixings on the inside of the case, making everything really stand out. With support for the usual ATX and Micro ATX standards, a slight lip in the chassis just above the slot for the PSU, as well as plenty of cable management cut outs and space behind the motherboard providing easy access for mounting a CPU backplate.

We get a much clearer look at the cable management from around the back, there whole thing is set back  1inch to prove room for cables, then you have the additional room from the recess in the side panel that is included for this side.

Down in the bottom left corner, you can see the rear of the drive bays, with a permanent fitted connector tree in place, which is a 4/1 SATA power cable, slide your drive into the quick release bays and it will lock into place with the power connectors, although each connection point still requires a separate SATA data cable, but these still operate in the same quick release fashion as the power cables.

Using the provided locking key, you can quickly unlock all the drive bays at once, then with a quick press of the corresponding numbers button on the front your able to slide out the required drive, allowing you to change and replace drives without having to worry about cables and saves you from having to remove the side panel.

The 5.25″ drive bays all have a custom locking mechanism, a simple push and twist allows you to quickly lock and unlock any optical drives for quick installation and removal.

In the back of the case we can see the included 120mm fan which comes pre-mounted to the system.

The power supply is mounted here in the bottom of the case, with plenty of ventilation on offer through the air filter that is fitted on the underside of the case, with room for either a larger PSU or even an extra 120mm fan for extra ventilation.
