Thermaltake Release New Core V31 Chassis with Exclusive Tt LCS Certification

Thermaltake have received a lot of praise for their previous Core series of cases and now they have launched what looks to be another great case in the form of the Core V31 mid-tower chassis with exclusive Tt LCS Certification. The new case retains the curved metal mesh appearance while delivering outstanding cooling options for enthusiasts.

The new mid-tower chassis has support for the standard ATX, mATX and mITX motherboards and can fit power supplies up to 220mm length. These chassis are designed with gamers and enthusiasts in mind, with their ability for maximum heat dissipation and rapid air intake which will provide the best possible ventilation and cooling for your components.

Thermaltake have used heightened case-stands to allow further air flow while keeping the magnetic dust filters that help with easy cleaning and maintenance by keeping the unwanted dust outside.

The new case is highly modular and has many great options for hardware placement. Behind the motherboard-tray, you have room to mount up to four 2.5″ SSD drives. The two 5.25″ bays can be completely removed to create additional clearance for cooling equipment and so can the three 3.5″ bays. You can further choose to move the placement of the 3.5″ cage into other orientation options. The drive-cages use a tool-less design, making mounting and replacing parts a breeze.

Let us get to the really interesting part, the Thermaltake Core V31 supports up to 360mm liquid cooling radiators along with graphics cards up to 420mm and has 155mm clearance for the CPU cooler. This should give you enough room for most of your dream builds.

It can hold three 120 or 140mm fans at the top and two in the front. The bottom and rear sides can each hold an additional 120mm fan. There is support for liquid cooling radiators up to 360mm at the top and front while the rear allows for another 120mm radiator for maximum liquid cooling. It’s also worth mentioning that it supports 1/2″, 3/8″ and 1/4″ water tubes.

The chassis is not only aimed to provide the best overclocking potential for your hardware but also to protect your setup by simply keeping it at a colder level.

The front panel offers two USB 3.0 and HD Audio ports besides the Power and Reset buttons. Overall this looks to be an awesome chassis, no matter if you prefer to use air cooling, AIO Liquid systems or create full and custom liquid loops and at the same time providing a lot of flexibility in part placement.
