Thermaltake Reveals New Entry Into Iconic Tower Case Series, Tower 300

Thermaltake have been releasing some strong contenders in the case market as of late with high functionality, solid performance, and unique style especially amongst their Tower series of cases which feature a variety of unique colour options. Now, Thermaltake has released the next entry into the Tower series, the Tower 300, inheriting the vertical aesthetic of its predecessors with a few big changes.

Thermaltake Tower 300

Thermaltake has dropped the square design of the Tower 100 & 200 and instead opted for an octagonal prism structure which not only offers a more defining design, but also allows components to be viewed from a wider angle thanks to its three tempered glass panels. Like its predecessors, the Tower 300 will also feature seven captivating colour options including Black, White, Turquoise, Racing Green, Matcha Green, Bumblebee and the 25th Anniversary Hydrangea Blue. Thermaltake also offers a chassis stand kit which allows you to display the case in an alternative way.

The case features tool-free panels on each side with three 3mm tempered glass panels on the front, and two perforated panels on each side providing ventilation for the case. The rear panel and top panel also feature ventilation all of which include removable dust filters. Beneath the central glass is also a mount for the optional Thermaltake 3.9″ LCD display for real time information, images and more.

Cooling Support

By default the case comes with two CT140 fans pre-installed and holds the capacity for up to eight 140mm fans providing substantial cooling support. Water-cooling enthusiasts can also enjoy the increased space over its predecessor as this case can support up to a 420mm radiator on the right side.

Hardware Compatibility

Users can fit up to MATX motherboards into this case with clearance of 210mm of CPU Coolers, as well as up to 400mm GPUs without the power cover, and 280mm with the power cover. There is room for standard ATX PSUs up to 220mm as well as room for either three 2.5″ drives or three 3.5″ drives with mounting points on the rear and on the side.
