The Riing fan is really nice, with blue highlights on the corner anti-vibration rubber pads, a black braided 4-pin PWM cable, and a lovely 11-fin design for excellent airflow and low-noise performance.
The tower is nice and compact, not standing too high, and that means it should be compatible with a huge amount of chassis designs.
The nickel finish is nice and bright and should compliment most system builds pretty well, and the shiny finish will no doubt look great in contrast to the LED lighting of the fan.
There’s a good size fin array making up the tower, giving a decent surface area for heat dissipation and each of the four heat pipes passes through the cooler in a “U” pattern for optimal heat transfer to the fins.
On the base of the cooler, you’ll find that the four copper heat pipes are cut away to form a direct contact surface to the CPU; it’s a bit of a crude method, but it has long been proven to get the job done just fine.
Finally, you’ll notice that the fan retention clips are pre-installed, which should prove handy for those looking to speed up their CPU cooler installation time, as fan retention clips can be a real pain in the butt in general.
