We should note that the result chart for this power supply does look a little crazy. Upon closer inspection, however, the results become a lot clearer.
As you can see, it would appear that the Thermaltake Smart BX1 power supply operates with a set static fan speed. The variance in the results is no greater than about 25RPM across the whole range of testing. In addition, the noise levels are entirely unobtrusive.
As this power supply does not have a hybrid mode, no testing in that area could be conducted. Regardless of that though, this power supply is definitely quiet enough to be a positive factor for any low-noise system build.
