Thermaltake has been making many of the best coolers on the market for years, especially their top-end liquid coolers, which I’m personally a big fan of and use in my own systems at home and in the office. However, I also love air cooling, it’s often pretty compact compared to radiator systems, affordable, very low maintenance and quiet too. With the release of the new Thermaltake TOUGHAIR 710 Black, which comes in at just £59.99, it looks like it’ll live up to my expectations for being affordable, and looking at the features and specifications, it looks like it’s going to be a pretty potent air cooler too.
It features two large 140mm fans and a dual-tower design that should allow for some impressive cooling performance, while the larger fans will be able to move a lot of air at lower RPM, allowing for great cooling, but also a low-noise operation. With support for all the latest AMD and Intel sockets, seven 6mm U-shaped copper heat pipes, those powerful TOUGHFAN 14 fans, the TOUGHAIR seems to be ticking all the right boxes.
