There are two fan profiles on this PSU and with the hybrid fan mode, assuming it’s not a boiling hot summer day, the fan didn’t spin up until we hit 80% load for about a minute, starting at 800 RPM (the fans minimum speed) and working up to 1500 (the fans maximum at 100% load. In standard mode, the fan was constant at 800 RPM, eventually moving to 1500 RPM at a few minutes of maximum load.
