Thermaltake Toughpower GX1 600W Power Supply Review

Fan Speed

As we noted earlier in the review, in this rare instance we were unable to gain access to the internal areas of the power supply. As such, we were not able to conduct our usual fan speed test.

What we can, however, confirm is that this power supply is remarkably quiet. Thanks, in no doubt, to the fluid dynamic bearing fan which is designed to run as slowly (and by proxy, as quietly) as possible. If noise levels are, therefore, a concern of yours, they don’t apply here.

The Thermaltake Toughpower GX1 is whisper quiet, even when working hard!
