Thermaltake Toughram XG RGB D5 32GB 7200MHz Review

Thermaltake has had a lot of success in the memory market, with their Toughram series delivering killer performance and designs pretty consistently since they hit the market with their first DDR4 kits. However, today it’s time for their latest flagship, the Toughram XG RGB D5, and with a rated speed of 7200 MT/s and low latencies of just 36-46-46-96, this should be one of the fastest kits we’ve ever tested here at eTeknix.

Thermaltake Toughram XG

Backed up with a premium set of components, and a large aluminium heatsink, it certainly has all the basics taken care of. However, Thermaltake has given it a unique design too, with a mixture of chrome, matte black and etched grey, with a set of 16 dazzling RGB LEDs over the multi-section spine of the memory, so they’re certainly to look great in almost any gaming system.
