Component maker Thermaltake is releasing a new Kaby Lake Ready PSU series, all featuring a 256-colour RGB fan hub. The Smart RGB Series PSUs range between 500W and 700W, plus 100V-240V full range and 230V only variations. In addition, the 80 PLUS certified power supply units boast ultra-quiet 120mm fans and a single +12V rail. Of course, all other features pale in comparison to those sweet RGBs.
The Smart RGB Series is available in the following models:
“By pressing the RGB lighting button, the fan color can be switched among variants including:
- Pulse Red/Green/Blue/Yellow/Purple/Light
- Blue/White
- 256 Color RGB Cycle
- Solid Red/Green/Blue/Yellow/Purple/Light
- Blue/White
- LED Off mode
The fan is also constructed with a built-in memory function, saving the color applied and insuring the same color selection every time you boot your PC.”
