Pure racing game fans have been waiting a long time for a proper handbrake mod from Thrustmaster. The good news is that after more than two years of questions and requests from the community, the TSS Handbrake Sparco Mod is finally here.
This finally gives drivers a realistic rally car or drifting control. It even offers a choice of two different modes: progressive handbrake, and sequential gearbox. It even allows for both smooth and abrupt braking actions.
The handbrake measures 3.3-inches or 8.5cm tall and is a true 1:1 replica. Plus, since it bears the Sparco name, the product is officially licensed. More than 90% of the material is metal, including industrial flat coil springs with 4kg of resistance. This ensures it is durable and feels like you are actually inside a race car.
Incorporated is Thrustmaster’s award-winning H.E.A.R.T HallEffect AccuRate Technology for ultimate precision that won’t decrease over time, thanks to a contactless magnetic sensor. Feel like a Pro with every game.
Like any decent controller, it is fully PC compatible. In fact, the TSS Handbrake Sparco Mod has been specially designed for PC gamers. It is compatible with Windows 10, 8 and 7. What’s more, although it’s been created with owners of Thrustmaster racing wheels in mind (in particular the T150, TMX, T300 series, TX series, T500 RS, TS-PC RACER, TS-XW RACER and T-GT), it’s perfect for owners of any racing wheel from all other brands as well.
The TSS Handbrake Sparco Mod is now available, at a suggested retail price of £239.99. For more information, visit www.thrustmaster.com.
